Anna has worked with children, young people and families for over 20 years in both government and non-government organisations. She specialises in the assessment, diagnosis and treatment of children and young people presenting with psychiatric, emotional and behavioural problems, and in assisting parents implement parent management strategies.

Anna is committed to supporting families with the difficult challenges they often face, and in doing so, helping children to re-engage with ordinary everyday childhood tasks.

Katherine is a senior family systems clinician specialising in family therapy, parenting, child and adolescent mental health disorders, family of origin coaching and parent-child attachment work.  Katherine is registered with AHPRA and Medicare. She is connected to the Family Systems Institute and has worked in child, adolescent and family mental health settings for the past 28 years.

Katherine’s special area of interest and experience is Family Therapy.  She has extensive knowledge and experience about what families need to navigate the many challenges life can present. Over the years she has worked in the Public Health System in both tertiary and outpatient Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services.  Katherine has extensive knowledge in assessing and treating child and adolescent mental health disorders and has worked alongside some of Sydney’s most experienced Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists and Psychologists . She is adept at working with separated families including those within the Family Court system.

During the past 10 years Katherine has developed her interest in working with parents and focusing on the attachment relationship between parent and child.   Katherine is very passionate about early intervention and the family unit.  Katherine is now available solely in private practice here at Kids & Co Clinical Psychology Balmain and Blue Mountains locations.

Tash is passionate about working with young people and their families to support them in making positive and long-lasting changes in their lives. Her clinical training at Redbank House and the Centre for Emotional Health fostered a deeper understanding of the complex mental health difficulties faced by young people and their families.

She is skilled in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a range of psychiatric, emotional, and behavioural difficulties in young people. Tash works with her clients using a range of tailored evidence-based treatments in an empathic and collaborative manner.

Tiffany has worked with children, adolescents and families in a variety of community and private mental health settings, including hospitals, tertiary, and foster-care services.  Tiffany is committed to using evidence-based treatments to support children and adolescents to overcome challenges that are interfering with their lives, while helping parents to more effectively support their child while looking after themselves.   As every child and family is unique, Tiffany uses curiosity and flexibility to collaboratively develop a tailored treatment program for each client and family.

Tiffany utilises a variety of therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Family Systems, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.  Tiffany holds memberships with the Australian Psychological Society, Australian Clinical Psychology Association and National Council for Family Relations.
