She has comprehensive experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of developmental, psychiatric, emotional and behavioural problems in children, adolescents, and their families. Michelle is committed to assisting children and adolescents overcome whatever problems may be interfering with their relationships and reaching their potential. She is also committed to assisting parents with strategies that nurture their families, as well as assisting parents to address their own emotional needs. Michelle values the expertise of each individual and works collaboratively with families to assist them navigate and overcome the many challenges they often encounter.

He has substantial experience in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents who struggle with an array of emotional, social and mental health difficulties ranging from anxiety to depression to behavioral problems. He has also worked extensively with parents hoping to help them gain a greater understanding of their children’s emotional lives and developmental challenges with the overall aim of enhancing family relationships.

She specializes in the educational and developmental assessment of children and adolescents who are experiencing academic or learning difficulties, including difficulties in sustaining concentration, and also children who are performing beyond their expected abilities. Rhonda is also experienced in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with a wide range of emotional and behavioural difficulties. In her intervention, Rhonda utilizes a number of different evidence-based psychological treatments, as she believes that each child is unique and may require a different approach to therapy. Rhonda is systemic in her therapy approach and places an emphasis on the understanding of family dynamics whilst also involving families in the treatment of their child in order to achieve therapy goals and overcome difficulties. She is committed to working collaboratively with families, with the assistance of parenting strategies, to support young people in managing and overcoming their difficulties.

MAPSClaire has worked at Kids & Co Clinical Psychology since 2009 and has previous experience in student counselling and telephone crisis intervention, as well as work in research settings. She also works part time in a hospital setting helping adults with chronic illnesses, and has a special interest in the role of the spiritual in everyday life. Her therapeutic work at Kids & Co focuses on using evidence-based techniques in a fun and personal way to meet the needs of each child or family, and she has a strong commitment to understanding the whole person, in order to help families and children develop resiliency and live life to the full.
Rebekah Helyer

She has experience with a variety of client presentations and is adept at utilising a range of evidence based therapy models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Bowen and Post-Milan family therapy to faciliate meaningful outcomes. Rebekah is currently conducting a major research project with children and adolescents aimed at developing broad based early intervention mental health strategies. Rebekah works together not only with the young person and their family, but also their doctors, other health professionals and their school in order to promote positive and lasting change for individuals and their families.
