Katarina holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology from Western Sydney University. She is registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA).

Katarina is a warm and compassionate clinician who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and their families so that they are able to live safe, connected and fulfilling lives. With experience in both private practice and community mental health, Katarina has developed skills in working with young people with a broad range of mental health difficulties including attachment issues, emotion-regulation difficulties, social and behavioural problems, trauma, anxiety and depression.

Katarina utilises evidence-based therapies with a client centred approach, tailoring intervention to the needs of the young person and their family system. Katarina uses a range of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), parent-child attachment-based work, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness skills. Katarina currently conducts psychometric assessments for children and adolescents who are having learning difficulties at school or who are gifted and talented.
