Harry Osbourne

Harry is a provisional psychologist pursuing a Masters in Clinical Psychology with a focus on supporting children and adolescents, particularly young boys, facing socio-emotional and behavioural challenges. He primarily uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, along with elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, to foster self-confidence, emotional communication skills and resilience.

Harry is passionate about psychometric assessments, both as a way to inform tailored therapeutic interventions and as a valuable standalone service for assessing ADHD, ASD, and specific learning disorders. He is dedicated to providing a supportive, engaging environment, grounded in the latest evidence-based practice, to empower young clients and their families toward meaningful growth and lasting change.
