Tess is currently completing Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Technology, Sydney. She is a registered Provisional Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).

Tess is a warm and collaborative clinician who is passionate about supporting children, adolescents and families in navigating emotional, behavioural, and cognitive challenges. She has experience providing therapy and conducting cognitive assessments with young people across both clinic and school settings.

Tess' therapeutic work is guided by evidence-based approaches and grounded in strong rapport-building. She draws on a range of modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and mindfulness to support children and adolescents in developing greater self-awareness, coping skills, and emotional resilience. Tess is strongly committed to creating a safe and affirming space where young people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
