Emma is a warm, friendly and approachable Provisional Psychologist. Emma holds a longstanding passion for supporting young people and their families through the challenges that may arise during childhood and adolescence. Emma has worked in a clinical setting for over 3 years and applies a blend of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to her practice, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Systemic Family Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Techniques. Emma’s clinical skillset also includes Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

Emma conducts a variety of psychometric assessments within the clinic and assists in the family therapy team to help young people and their families navigate complexities in a safe and comfortable setting. Emma is dedicated to her clients’ personal growth and provides empathy and care in support of every young person in the therapeutic process.
