Jessica is a warm and compassionate Senior Psychologist and Rehabilitation Counsellor. She has over 11 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families in a variety of clinical settings as well as across diverse cultural backgrounds.  Jessica is passionate about helping her clients achieve social, emotional and cognitive wellbeing, and takes pride in her ability to tailor sessions specifically to their needs.

Jessica has a strong interest in assessment, management and treatment of grief, complex traumas, anxiety, eating, depressive, and neurodevelopmental disorders (Autism level 1-3), intellectual disabilities, postnatal depression, as well as chronic and acute pain management.  Jessica also provides family therapy, parenting advice and support to manage challenging behaviours such as Oppositional Defiant Behaviour, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Conduct Disorder.

Jessica is skilled in a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive-Behavioural
Therapy (CBT, trauma focused), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Vocational
counselling, Narrative Therapy, ACT for ASD, Positive Psychology, Dialectical Behaviour
Therapy (DBT) relationship counselling, motivational interviewing, family-based therapies
and solution focussed approaches.
