Smriti is a passionate psychologist and works with children, adolescents and
their families to provide a safe space for young people to share their experiences, develop lasting
skills, gain confidence, and build resilience.
Smriti holds a Masters in Clinical Psychology and has worked with young people delivering evidence-
based assessment and intervention for children and adolescents with a broad-range of emotional,
social and developmental difficulties including depression, anxiety, social skills, Autism and ADHD.
Smriti delivers fun, creative, and individually tailored psychological interventions that incorporate
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and positive
psychology approaches. She is committed to helping children, teens, their families, and teachers to
work collaboratively to develop intervention plans that will effect positive changes in their lives.
