Utsa is passionate about facilitating positive change in the lives of children, adolescents and families. She understands that seeking therapy can be a daunting experience and therefore uses a warm, empathic approach to create a safe and supportive environment for children and their parents.

Utsa has worked in universities and private clinics delivering evidence-based treatments to parents and children to better manage anxiety, behavioural concerns, emotional regulation difficulties and dealing with bullying at school. She works collaboratively with families to provide strategies to parents and children to help them feel more in control and confident in order to live healthier and happier lives and achieve their very best.
