Christina Riolo

Christina is a Clinical Psychologist, an Honorary Associate of Macquarie University, and a Member of the Australian Association of Cognitive and Behaviour Therapy (AACBT) NSW. She is also an Accredited Triple P provider who is able to facilitate both children and teenage positive parenting groups. Christina is a specialist in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders with children, adolescents and adults, with particular interests in the development and manifestation of anxiety across the life-span.

She trained and worked in a variety of settings both in England and Australia, including the corporate sector, public health, and not for profit organisations. Whilst working in England, Christina was supervised by clinicians specialising in Family Therapy in London. This influences her systemic family therapy approach to complex family dynamics alongside other evidence based approaches to treatment, particularly Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
