Daniel works from a therapeutic approach that is tailored to best help each client achieve their goals. He places a clinical emphasis on developing a strong therapeutic alliance between client and therapist to ensure each individual has an open and safe space to navigate through life’s challenges. Daniel uses evidence-based treatments and interventions, with a particular focus in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). He also has a passion for psychometric assessments of a range of neurological, cognitive and academic disorders such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, and Gifted and Talented abilities. Daniel assesses children and adults using gold standard assessment techniques.
