Grace is a warm, kind and engaging Clinical Psychologist with more than 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents and their families in Australia and overseas. Grace is passionate about promoting positive mental health by helping young people and their families to build self-awareness and effective coping strategies, and to develop supportive environments.

In individual and group sessions, Grace uses integrative, evidence-based techniques, drawn mainly from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) model. This often involves building emotional recognition, regulation and behaviour management strategies as well as developing practical social skills and awareness. Grace works with a range of presentations including anxiety, mood and behaviour-based concerns, as well as with young people who feel they need support adjusting to change, understanding themselves better or building self-confidence. Grace also enjoys working with neuro-diverse young people who may have or suspect a diagnosis of adhd or autism, or who just feel that they see the world in a unique way.
