Stephanie is a warm and passionate Clinical Psychology Registrar with experience in both private practice and community mental health. She has worked with children, adults and families facing a range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, attachment issues, behavioural problems, trauma, eating disorders, autism spectrum disorder as well as managing stressful life events and changes in general. Stephanie is dedicated to providing effective, evidence based treatment which is tailored to the specific needs of your child in the most time effective manner. She uses a range of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Mindfulness Integrated Cognitive Therapy (MICT). Stephanie is committed to continual growth and development as a psychologist and keeps up to date with psychological research to inform her practice to ensure she uses the first-line, most effective treatment. Stephanie is also proficient in psychometric assessment and report writing.
