At Kids & Co. you can expect to receive an excellent standard of clinical care, and a respect for ethical and confidentiality guidelines at all times. You can also expect to experience a safe, containing, and family friendly environment.
From the moment you phone to make an appointment, we will take the time to listen and understand your concerns, to be completely sure we are the most appropriate service for you.
At your first appointment we will provide a thorough assessment, and make recommendations for treatment and/or further assessment.
Most importantly, at all times we take a collaborative and caring approach, using evidence based treatment strategies, that will meet the needs of your child and your family.
You’ll find all the Kids & Co. team are professional and child friendly at all times. For example, when your child is receiving treatment we will combine verbal counselling with other strategies, such as the use of games, art, symbols, or sand. With these strategies we aim to help children feel more at ease, giving them alternative or additional means of communication.
